Would you be interested in joining me to plow the huge land of America? Plow the ground and produce vegetables!! That’s the main goal for the TEAM SODACHI(Nurture). Harvest your own Daikon radish, cucumber and tomato. We produce hard-to-get-at-an-ordinary-supermarket Japanese vegetables. And of course, they are organic!

We use our own hands to till the ground and sow seeds. We get on the ground and weed while we feel the importance of the sunshine, water and wind. We wait until the time is right to pick our produces. Once harvested, our precious vegetables will be delivered to restaurants in Los Angeles and San Francisco. What we have created will get transformed by the finest chefs and put a smile on those who enjoy the dishes. What can be more satisfying than that? We also fill our own table with colorful and nutritious produces. We can get creative to make the most of what we have harvested. How about some pickles and jam?

In addition, our food will be shared at local farmer’s market. People come from near and far looking for food that is more fresh, safe and healthy. We can exchange ideas and suggestions with costumers to make each other’s life better. For those who are homebound, we deliver. We can also help them out with their other grocery shopping and small things around the house. Not only vegetables, but we also deliver happiness to people!

Finally, we also strive to have a greener life. For a very long time, we humans lived the way we wanted to. The result is the Earth, crying for help. We can start from something small to change the world a better place for us and the Earth. Along with vegetables, we can plant trees and flowers and think of more ways for all of us to co-exist. We can be a source of idea and energy to save the Earth.

TEAM SODACHI promotes an ECO LIFE that is self-efficient. YOU plow the land, YOU harvest, and YOU prepare dishes. We just offer help for you to find something from the experience. So, the cost is strictly limited to minimal. Please provide $20 a night, your own transportation, health insurance, and other expences for sightseeing.
